This program will examine the use of experts in trial. The discussion will cover what an expert is, when you need an expert, rules relating to experts, privilege and work product issues, expert reports, expert discovery and motions to exclude. Additionally, the issue of experts in a trial including direct examination and cross examination of experts will be discussed.
